Services

Everything we do —in plain English.

We’ll quote any of these on-site. The price you get is the price you pay — no surprise add-ons, no upsells.

  • Weekly Mowing

Same morning, every week. Sharp blade, height set for the season, and the walks blown clean before I leave.

Weekly mowing on a fixed day, blade height tuned for North Houston bermuda or St. Augustine — taller in July humidity, lower in shoulder seasons. Edges done every visit, beds blown out, walks and drives cleared. Same person, same truck, same morning.

  • Fertilization Program

Six-step seasonal feed scheduled to North-Houston turf — pre-emergent in February, summer-safe nitrogen in May, winterizer in October.

A real fertilization calendar built for North Houston, not a four-bag generic plan. Pre-emergent in late winter to stop crabgrass and Poa annua before they germinate. Slow-release nitrogen timed to bermuda green-up. Iron + potassium in the heat so St. Augustine holds color without burning. Winterizer in October to harden roots before dormancy.

  • Liquid Aeration

Spring soil-loosening pass — opens up Houston clay so roots, water, and nutrients actually get down to where they matter.

Liquid aeration is how I open up the heavy gumbo clay around Spring and Kingwood without tearing up your irrigation lines or leaving plug-cores all over the yard. Penetrates deeper than core aeration, no surface mess, safe over sprinklers. Pairs with the spring fertilization step — roots pull more of the feed when the soil is open.

  • Edging & Trimming

Crisp blade-edged borders along beds, walks, and drives — and string-trim around fences, posts, and trees.

Power-edged borders that hold a clean line for the full week, careful trim work around obstacles a mower can’t reach, and a final blower pass so nothing carries over to the patio or the street.

  • Bed Maintenance

Hand-pull weeds, prune at the right time, and keep the ornamentals looking like someone tends them.

Hand-pulled weeds (no glyphosate near edible beds unless you ask), pruning timed to each plant rather than the calendar, and a fresh mulch top-up every spring to keep moisture in and weeds suppressed.

  • Mulch Installation

Hardwood, cedar, or dyed black — installed at the right depth so the beds look fresh and the weeds give up.

Bulk-delivered mulch hand-spread to a consistent 2 to 3 inches around plants and trees with a clean edge against the lawn. I pull last year’s clumped mulch first if it needs it.

  • Leaf Cleanup

November-through-January oak and pine debris — bagged, hauled, and your beds blown out.

North Houston means live oak leaf-drop in late winter and pine needles year-round. Full-property cleanup pass, bagged or hauled, with beds blown out and gutters cleared from the ground.

Starts at $220 · per visit

  • Mosquito Control

Yard treatment on a 21-day rotation — knock down mosquitoes and ticks so the backyard is usable in summer.

Targeted barrier spray on shrubs, fence-lines, and shade pockets where mosquitoes rest during the day. 21-day rotation is the sweet spot for Spring and Kingwood — long enough to be cost-effective, short enough that you don’t lose coverage in a humid stretch.

Most weekly customers add cleanups, mulch, and the odd hardscape job — there’s usually a flat-rate way to handle that.
